No Refund Policy
All products sold on Pixel Invites are digital products (including but not limited to templates, designs, files, and downloadable content).
Once a digital product is purchased and access is granted or the product is downloaded, the sale is final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Not satisfied with the product
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Incompatibility with software or devices
- Accidental purchase
- Failure to read product descriptions
Exceptions (If Applicable)
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same product
- Payment deducted but product not delivered
- Technical error from our side preventing access
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with valid proof of payment.
